Last weekend, a woman was shopping at terrigal supermarket where she selected:

- 2 litres of low fat milk
- a carton of eggs
- 2 litres of orange juice
- a head of lettuce
- half a dozen tomatoes
- a 500g jar of coffee
- a 250g pack of bacon

As she was unloading her items on the conveyor belt to check out, Grug, drunk as a mute (see picture) was standing behind her and watched as she placed the items in front of the cashier.

While the cashier was ringing up her purchases, the Grug the drunk calmly stated, "You must be single."

The woman was a bit startled by this proclamation, but she was
intrigued by the derelict's intuition, since she was indeed single.

She looked at her six items on the belt and saw nothing particularly
unusual about her selections that could have tipped off the Drunk to
her marital status. Curiosity getting the better of her, she said,
"Well, you know what, you're absolutely correct. But how on earth did you know that?"


Grug replied, "Cos' you're ugly."

Hey all been in argentina 4 the last week, i love it.

spent the 1st few nights in buenos aires. went to a night club on the water which is a replica of the opera house, ate the best steak ever and partyd every night till bout 6am.

costa rica

costa rica is nuts, i love it here great surf, weather, beer everything.

just had new year in a small town called jaco, it was crazy everyone just lost control, every1 was on the beach cheerin like at a concert, the beach had fires all the way up and fireworks goin off, drummers and dancers. it was great, then at 12 the people went evern more crazy screemin and lettin more fireworks off. the whole beach was lit up, some of the fireworks would get let off only a couple of steps away. the party then went to the streets and clubs.

i started makin my way 2 one of the clubs and half way there i tripped on a small sharp pole sticking out of the ground, it sliced my toes up and blood was everywhere, i lost a fair bit of blood and had to go to hospital, there i had 5 pain needles and 7 stiches, now i cant go in the water 4 a week, and im in this really cool place where the beach is so nice and i was gonna go white water rafting but now i cant.
im in Manual Antonio now which is so nice, lovin costa rica heaps , wanna come back here 4 sure

next is venezuela then argentina.

drank heaps of beer here so far its really cheap, all u guys would love it.

Planning on driving home after a big night over the New Years period? You may want to reconsider as from today, police will have increased powers to carry out roadside drug testing on any driver in NSW. Marijuana, crystal meth and ecstasy users will all be targeted with the new police powers and those who get caught out risk getting hit with a $1,100 fine, license disqualification and even heavier penalties for a second offence.

The RTA has released details on just how it will all work. Police will conduct a preliminary oral fluid test through the window of the vehicle, requiring the driver to lick a test pad of the device. It will take about five minutes for the test results to be determined and if you test negative you will be able to drive away, but if you test positive you will be forced to leave your vehicle and go with a police officer to provide a second oral fluid sample in the police support vehicle. This will hold you up for another 20 minutes, and if you test positive again you’ll be prohibited from driving for another 24 hours.

The remaining portion of the second sample will be sent to a laboratory for analysis, and if the presence of one or more of the three drugs being targeted is confirmed, charges will be laid. A Court Attendance Notice will be sent within a few weeks with the charge of driving with the presence of an illicit drug.

The stance of the RTA is that drugs and driving don’t mix. Safe driving requires clear judgement, concentration and being able to react to what happens on the road and drugs affect all of these.

I find it funny how for something like falling asleep at the wheel they just ask to Stop - Revive - Survive but for something that keeps you awake at the wheel, they say your being too dangerous?

Yeah well it may not be as tall as Mt Everest but its pretty fuckin hell....
Saturday night at about 2:30am Grug, Lube, Wilson and Chops did a mission that is one for only brave kids....

We drunk (between us) a case of burbon and a botch of scotch and had a stupid idea to climb a tree.....This tree ended up being one of the pine trees down the main street of terrigal...we needed proof though, so we signed all our names on an Aussie flag and put the salmon symbol on it and took the motherfucker up to the top of one of the trees and attached it for all to admire but also as a symbol of the salmons authority over the coast....We own this motherf#$%&! place and we F@#$%& know it.


The CHALLENGE:
Design the official Central Coast Salmon flag & win the prize of joining the salmon as they Scale (ha ha) up the biggest pine tree in terrigal and the most noticable one just off the terrigal bridge. These climbs are done at own risk and are stratigic. Leave a comment if you would like to be apart of the ultimate view of terrigal and a part of history.

Went and saw Pigeon John and Lyrics Born at The Metro last night

It was one of the most energetic pumped up crowds I've ever seen. Anyone living around the Metro would have thought that there was some kind of earthquake lasting more than 2 hours...

LB went through 3 tshirts as he just didn't stop pumping up the crowd!

Pigeon John was his regular cheeky self with clevor lyrics that seem to get the audience jumping and laughing at the same time.

There were a few younger Salmons there which got me thinking... what the fuck happened to that additional Salmon Member we were supposed to announce??

I think its time to introduce the next generation of Salmon Members help represent the area...
